Infused Cocktail Cubes

THE CLYDE
The first vodka-based cocktail to thrive in the United States was the Gypsy Queen, with its heyday in the 1930s at the storied Russian Tea Room in Manhattan,. The drink included benedictine, a liquor made of herbs, roots and sugar. We used benedictine as inspiration when crafting the Clyde. In our take, we add a touch of peach, handcrafted bitters and a slight citrus zest. All you need to travel back to old-time NYC is one cube and your favorite vodka. Made in the U.S.A.
Step 1. Freeze a box of The Clyde.
Step 2. Open a frozen cube and drop it into a glass of liquor or seltzer.
Step 3. Give your drink a shake or a stir and enjoy your peach cosmopolitan.

THE CECILE
The Cecile combines two of the world’s oldest, most treasured flavors. Watermelon can be traced back to ancient Egypt, while there are records of wild cucumbers in India as early as 4,000 years ago. Watermelon and cucumber simply belong together, as the sweetness of the fruit is the perfect counterpoint to the crispness of the grassy green vegetable. Thyme and clover honey round out The Cecile with warm, flowery notes. Just add liquor, and you’ll have a refreshing delight of a cocktail ready to enjoy. Made in the U.S.A.

THE SEYMOUR
First brought to America by Frank Meyer around 1910, his namesake fruit, the Meyer lemon, is a hybrid between a traditional lemon and a mandarin orange. In The Seymour, its flavor provides a burst of freshness, as do the citrusy notes of bergamot. Chamomile lends its light, floral taste to the mix, while rich vanilla is ready to complement the warm caramel of fine rum. Made in the U.S.A.
Step 1. Freeze a box of The Clyde.
Step 2. Open a frozen cube and drop it into a glass of liquor or seltzer.
Step 3. Give your drink a shake or a stir and enjoy your Meyer lemon daiquiri.

THE COOPER
Blood oranges develop their signature deep color during cool Sicilian nights. Known locally as arancia rossa di Sicilia, this beautiful fruit is typically sweeter and less acidic than other oranges. Their raspberry-like tartness acts as the perfect base in our take on an old fashioned. Extracted ginger adds a unique complexity to this time-honored favorite which is never sweet, always smart.
